Subway

So I just started eating at subway again bc it finally got better, until today. They started giving about half the meat than normally. Its absolutely ridiculous. Guess I'll be driving 30 minutes to Jersey Mike's again when I want a sandwich

Order online to pickup curbside. Got there and sat in the front of the store in the curbside spot for 20 minutes and watched 7 people go in and come not with their subs. I went in very upset to say the least. The manager then said the subs had been siting and made some excuse. First of all don't make excuse own your mistakes! Secondly their were atleast 5 people working other than her. I then went outside to have another customer saying something about me in the spot which I said at least you got yours I've been here for over 20 minutes. The girl then handed me my sloppy subs. And said she didn't get the order in the computer til just then. Well subway allows you to track your order online so that was a lie. And a total contradiction from what the manager had just said. I placed an online order because only get 30 minutes for lunch when I got there there was line and my order want even started I was even a few minutes past the time given they said they were short staffed that's understandable however they processed to help everyone in line that just walked in instead of doing my order first since it was placed 30 minutes before so I was late back to work why have online order if it doesn't make a difference and you still have to wait forever

Poor management is going to be the downfall of this store. Always out of food, one employee working at lunchtime, online orders not being ready on time because of being short staffed. I feel so bad for the poor employees who are by themselves working.

Employees were amazing. The one guy was so helpful at helping my son decide on something to eat. We ate in at 4:30pm on 7/14. Not sure whos managing this location, but it definitely needs to be better. There was a lot of things out. As far as the employees working while we were there 100% on service.
