Subway

TERRIBLE!!! Do not eat here! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The man employee had the manager on the phone who refused to make me a correct sub and who refused to give me a refund for the sub I have gave back to them. Very messy and dirty store. The manager should not be a manager. I don’t think this subway location will last long. I will be reporting my experience to subway headquarters. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place to buy your food.

This subway is TERRIBLE! Go across the street to the subway in Walmart if you really want a decent sandwich because this place is not up to par! The one employee “kim” was extremely rude and did not use gloves to touch the sandwich counter! Extremely dirty and unkempt and unprofessionally ran. Whoever owns this place obviously isn’t aware or they’re just plain blind.

This was found in one of my subs! Now if I didn’t chew my food I could have chocked and this is a serious hazard. Imagine if you had a kid eating this sandwich. I also wanted to shed light on some other things that disturbed me during my visit! If anyone is severely allergic to anything I WOULD BE SO RELUCTANT TO GET FOOD FROM HERE! I had a to-go order of two subs and one sub was suppose to have onions while the other was not supposed to have onions. I also said to mark the sub with the onions.nI placed my order on my phone and entered the store because I had a feeling that someone was going to mess up my order. The girl that was making my sub did not read the order receipt and was going to put onions on both of the subs and when I said what are you doing she put the onions on the sub that

Originally went to the Subway in Englewood, but was immediately uncomfortable and felt unwelcome by one of the girls working d/t her rolling her eyes and having an attitude when I walked in for a sub- so I left and came here instead. I had a WAY better experience with the nice young lady working at Hoke Rd location last night & I was sure to let her know she was doing a great job and that I appreciated her kindness and friendly customer service . I literally NEVER leave reviews , but this struck me for some reason tonight. It just reminds me that I want to show more appreciation / recognition to the workers with positive and friendly attitudes to thank them and let them know they are doing a good job.

The manager at this location was shockingly rude—one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We ordered two footlongs with extra sweet onion teriyaki sauce but received barely any. When we called to address the issue, our call was disconnected and further attempts were ignored. We went back to the store to resolve the issue, and the manager, over the phone, told us, “I don’t care about your problem, get out of my store before I call the cops.” We’ve been loyal customers for years, but after this unacceptable treatment, we will not be returning.
