Subway

I was there today around 11:15/11:30am with another person. I'll admit, I have not been to a subway in a long while. One of the ladies working asked what I wanted and I said a 6in flatbread and before I could say anything else she more or less yelled NO! stared at me for 5-10 seconds and very rudely said "subway discontinued flatbread". (I didn't know that) and proceeds to say "sorry if I'm rude im alergic to the air. What esle do you want". So, I said "Okay, I'll do a 6in itallian herb and cheese" She AGAIN said NO! (Basically yelled again) stood there for a couple seconds and said its hot (still being very rude). At this point I have no idea what I can even order. Then proceds to say (mind you STILL VERY RUDE) "We have wraps" I said I don't want a wrap. Then she tells me they have white

Shout out to the kid wearing the subway jersey that gave me a couple free cookies with my 12 inch. You made my day a lil better. ♥️

Stopped afternoon of 6/16/2024. 2 girls working - short dark haired one talking to herself - turns to her left at the food table, sneezes without covering her mouth, and just continued making sandwiches. We sit down at the 2nd window table since the first one was dirty and it's quite obvious the windowsill hadn't been cleaned in as while as there were dead flies & dirt song the whole sill. The table across from us had food which we would discover belonged to the employees. Another customer comes in & the sort haired gal jumps up to sercev them doesn’t wash her hands or use sanitizer asks if they have a certain size give and when tia no decides she can make a different size work. Having managed food service in the past, I was not impressed as we like Subway.

Average subway location not anything special. I have been to far worse locations and some nicer locations as well. Orders are generally completed quickly and most important are accurate.

I have not been to a Subway in probably 5 years. I didn't even know what to order. No more $5 footlongs. All the subs were around $10 for a footlong and were different flavors than what I was used to; like artisan type subs. The sub I ate was fine, but I just wasn't expecting the wholesale change to Subway.
