Subway

Went to this subway tonight and as we got there the two ladies were helping this older lady and gentlemen. As the manager was being polite to the lady she asked what she would like today the lady was very rude and cussing the young ladies and the manager asked her not to be so rude and she would help her with what she would like to eat and the older lady still wanted to be rude to the manager so the manager asked her to leave since she was being so rude and yelling at the manager as me and my husband and two girls were standing there to witness this. The ladies were both very nice and respectful and they served us just fine without a problem.

I placed a pick up order for 12:20pm today (November 30th) and I had ordered 2 footlong subs. First sub: standard chicken bacon RANCH. it was missing the ranch. No big deal, I have ranch at home and we aren’t very picky people at all. Second sub: sweet onion teriyaki. I’ll add a picture to this review and you can just see for yourself. (The veggies are on top of the closed bread??) I was in no rush and I am the type that would wait another 20 minutes with no complaints. Were they busy? Absolutely not. There was one customer in there eating and nobody behind me. Now the service, I walk in and say hello. Not greeted kindly. Both employees looked at me like I walked into their front door of their house as a stranger. One girl said “Picking up?” I said yes and my name. Then nothing else said

Ordered 2 subs and footling cookie when it was delivered it was missing the meat and cheese from one sub, they didn't toast the subs like I had ordered and they didn't even bother to send the cookie, I tried to call the store phone number and it was disconnected so I got a hold of Uber eats and they discounted me 12 dollars which covers the cookie and part of the sub but it's really aggravating, I will never order from this subway again

Food is great but is understaff and this guy took 40 min to do a footlong nachos that is ridiculous and top of everything forgot to put chipotle sauce and cheese not good they need to train their staff how to do things faster and more efficient. I love subway but is because of stuff like this that people don't want to come here no more.

It's sad with how either how understaffed this subway is or how little the staff cares of completing an order. Naturally most people only get 30 minutes to an hour for lunch. When you place an online order and show up to the restaurant 30 minutes later and they haven't even started your order and you have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes for everyone else in line I don't see the point of online ordering. I would avoid this subway as it's not like other subway experiences.
