Subway

This place has really gone down hill within the last year and it’s sad to see. They stopped taking physical coupons and barely ever offer any coupons. They always are out of something and always blame it on higher management when nowhere else in the area has these same problems (which are also normally ran out of gas stations so you would think they would have more problems). They always claim it’s “policy” that they can’t make certain things certain ways when other subways can. It’s sad cause I’ve tried to go there multiple times recently to see it through, to no avail. I doubt they’ll still be open in the next 3 years. Nothing wrong with the employees. They just are victims of management as well it seems.

I’m usually not one to write reviews but, I had such a great experience I wanted to. Susan was great, she was fast, didn’t need me to repeat anything, very friendly and the sub was wrapped really well! Thank you for the great experience Susan!

Nobody could’ve prepared me to walk out of 87 degree weather and into a 93 degree restaurant. It was miserable being in there and I feel awful for the employees. I’m told the coolers can’t keep up to keep the food at the right temp & management’s plan is to bring in “more fans.” Love the employees, food is good, environment is bad bad. I hope they can fix it soon for their staff’s sake.

Pretty mid experience everytime, probably get more business if you allowed any promo codes which the employees told me the owner doesn’t do

Prepare for disappointment. The manager here who does inventory can’t do their job. they are constantly and consistently out of something. some things i’ve never even see stocked there like certain chips that most subways carry. do not order doordash or delivery if you expect everything you ordered to be on it. and don’t come to this location if you’re on a time crunch and hoping to get what you always get because a majority of the time, they probably don’t have it. see reference photo for how bad it can get on their inability to stock things.
