Subway

Huge subway fan but this subway has failed me. Toaster was out of order so decided to ask the employee if i could use the microwave to heat up my sub after i ordered. Recieved attitude and told no.. was told the district manager didnt stock the white macadamia cookies today “my go too” ontop of all this went to fill my cup to find they are out of lemonade at 1 in the afternoon.. ruined my day

Came in at 6:45pm on a Sunday. Door sign read open until 10pm. Girl behind counter asked if I was the pick up. I said no. She then said well I have 4 subs to make and won’t have time to make yours because we close at 7pm. I said the doors says 10pm. She said that was wrong. I said you can’t make more than 4 subs in 15 minutes? She said no. Another customer walked in and was told the same thing. Poor customer service. What happened to the days where if there were customers you stayed late to serve them. The staff is always rude and does a poor job.

This shop is never open when the sign states that they should be. The tables are always covered in food, and the soda machine has been out of order for months. There is a sign that states the water is only $.99, but they seem to think that it's fine to ignore that and charge the price for a fountain drink. The bread was undercooked, and the rest of it was barely palatable. I really hope the employees are looking for other work because it's clear that this Subway does not have much longer to exist.

I ordered a footling Italian herb and cheese with ham and salami. The bread had to have been at least 2 days old. It was stale and very hard to pull apart and the meat tasted awful. The tables were extremely dirty and sticky. The only thing I enjoyed was my SEALED bag of chips.

First time here today. Will be the last also. First of all, we stood there for almost 10 minutes before she even came out of the back room, I don’t think she realized but I saw her reflection in the glass. She was just sitting down in the back doing nothing. Not even paying attention to customers. Girl with long reddish hair was completely miserable, she also smushed our bread completely flat while she cut it. And she only gave me 3 meatballs on one of my subs and charged me full price. Fountain drink machine was out of order too. The whole experience was just awful. Will not be back.
