Subway

This subway is situated in a typical strip mall. There were no other customers when I arrived so the service was quick and easy. The three staff members worked well together to complete my order.

I don’t know why they closed early today I kept knocking the door at 8:55pm on Oct 5th 2025, the staff were their but were ignoring me and they were busy closing and cleaning the store. If you close early you should change the sign on google and at your door.

Already packed up food at 8:30, puffed and blowed, clearly annoyed whenI walked it. I was asked several times what I wanted on my sandwich, since they were rushing through it and clearly not listening to me. I got outside and realized that I was charged incorrectly for my purchase. Went back to the door at 8:45, and the door was locked. A female associate came to unlock the door farthest away from me, since she was mopping thr floor to say WE ARE CLOSED. I said no you aren’t, the door says nine and I was overcharged for my purchase. She sucked her teeth and told her coworker I was overcharged. First and last visit!

Young man rang me up and made my sandwich kindly. Older man rang my mother up and was very rude and unkind.

After some poor experiences with other Subways the location in Chester MD @ Kent Towne Shopping Center was awesome! The restaurant was clean and neat including the rest rooms. Hard to find nowadays! However, the best part was Heather and Kelly! They were very pleasant, had great personalities and made amazing subs. Perfect amount of everything. They are sub masters.👍🏼If you live in the area this is the location to go to for sure. Thank you Heather and Kelly you ladies rock and are appreciated!
