Understaffed but did their best keeping up with Friday lunch rush. The two working were working hard! Impressively clean place as well.

We really like the decor in this subway. The sandwiches were really good but the store was really busy so it took a long time to get thru the line. I suggest using the app if you are in a hurry. The staff was very friendly. The only downer was that the manager(??) wheeler out the garbage bin right thru the people waiting to order and by the tables where we were eating. Maybe he should wait until it’s not busy.

We came in for a party platter and the young gentleman up at the front counter was wonderful! (Keith, I believe) Instead of just saying "I haven't learned this yet" or something like that, he took the time to connect with his boss for more info on how to do catering orders and he helped us the same night! Keith did a great job of giving us information about the different catering and party platters that subway offers. Keith said he was new, but he still did an amazing job helping us and was extremely professional, patient, kind and friendly! Very obvious to us that he is a fast learner and good at his job! I am currently still sitting in Subway, writing this review. Before coming in, I went online to subway.com to check the balance on my gift card to verify before coming in to order. Still had it pulled on my phone while trying to check out. She, Bethany, made us the sandwich. At check out, the system wouldnt read the card. So I asked the girl what her solution is. If they have a phone number I could call to get my balance on a new card. She offered no solutions. Just basically said you can't use it today. I kept asking questions, trying to find a solution, Bethany then proceeds to tell me that if I can verify to her that the balance is on there, linked specifically to that card, that she could put it on a new card and accept it. I will keep coming back to this location, BECAUSE of wonderful employees like Bethany! She was the only person making sandwiches and cashing people out. She was VERY communicative, she let every person know (with grace and kindness), that she’s the only one there and it would take a few extra moments. Everyone kindly acknowledged her and let her work her magic with no complaints. This woman busted out 6 sandwiches in the matter of 5 minutes! Then with patience, grace and sooo much kindness, handled a hard of hearing and also kind of confused customer. She is super amazing at what she does, is very well at managing people and does it all with a smile on her face! Thank you, Bethany!
