Subway

This joke of a place. I placed an online order for myself and my wife and 3 kids. Yes that takes some time. But they refused to make my wife’s sandwich correctly. While she was standing right there. They were rude to her and threw her sandwich in the bag unwrapped. The contents of her sandwich were all over the bag. My sandwich was made wrong as well. I hope this dump is privately owned. So losing our business will hurt them.

Just ordered 2 sandwiches and on one of the sandwiches I paid an extra $3.60 for double meat. I looked at the sandwich and I could tell it's definitely not double meat because I eat at subways all over the place. I called the Subway and was told by the assistant manager that she had personally made the sandwich. I asked why the sandwiches are noticeably bigger in ozark and I was told that they do portion control differently so you are paying the same price for a much smaller sandwich at this Subway. Also she was kind enough to remind me that she doesn't get paid enough to deal with this. All of this straight from the horse's mouth. Thats definitely not a $15 sandwich in the picture but it definitely cost that much

The manager was completely rude. Told us she goes by her own rules and couldnt make our sandwiches the way we wanted, the way we always have gotten our sandwiches made! it was weird. Don't recommend going to this one!

My family and I have came in two days in a row for lunch. The same person worked both days, June 2nd and 3rd 2025. As someone who has been in the service, food and beverage industry for 16 years I understand everyone has bad days. But when I tell you this woman is hateful I mean it. She was hateful to my 12 and 6 year old and myself. Two days in a row for no reason. Information: We did not have hard orders, very simple, we were the only people in here on both days. No one else waiting in line. She wasn’t making mobile orders. My kids were excited to tell her what they wanted on their sandwiches. She kept telling them “what else” extremely loudly and with a crap smirk on her face, and when my youngest didn’t answer fast enough she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes, and got an attitude

03/13/25- The nicest two employees took my large order. They were friendly & bubbly. Our sandwiches were great! Thank you!
