Subway

I went into the restaurant during lunch and ordered a 6-inch steak and cheese sandwich along with some cookies. However, the cashier overcharged me. She charged me for a 12-inch flatbread steak and cheese instead. When I informed her about the mistake, she insisted that was the correct price for the sandwich. I didn’t check the cookies until I got into my vehicle, and they turned out to be lumpy and half done. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat at this establishment!

Visited during the Canton Flea Market this month. And an employee stood at the restroom door the whole time, pocketing money from requiring paying customers to pay $2 to enter the restroom. I watched an elderly woman be stopped by the employee at the door and told she had to pay $2. She asked “are you serious?” And the employee smiled and said “yeah. 2 dollas to use it.” And I assume the franchise owner has sticky fingers too or simply doesn’t care, because I complained via Subway website a few days later, and all I got was a canned “I’m sorry the employee’s behavior did not meet your expectations.”

Mom and daughter working together is a bad combination. Apparently she’s able to be as ghetto as she wants with her bad attitude and hair not pulled up, as it’s loosely swinging around the food. Very unsanitary!!!!!! Batting eyelashes and snacking her lips while declining your request of how you want your sandwich made!! I’m paying, make my sandwich how I WANT IT!! Mom groom your daughter to have a better attitude and work ethics as it starts with you.

I was disappointed when I walked in and saw the salad bar and all the veggies looked like they had been sitting in the sun all day! They were wilted up and brown! Didn't want anything on the bar after seeing this, especially since all I wanted was a FRESH veggie salad! Vegetables do not last for eternity! Keep them fresh or lose customers like me who want their food fresh! That's the purpose of coming to a Subway!!!

Went in there tonight to order a grill chicken Sub and there were 3 young ladies in there! One was fixing a order, the other one was moving like a snail putting things in the container, and the older lady looked at me like she seen a ghost and kept on doing what she was doing!! I wasn’t greeted and they were very rude! Hire another staff because some of theses canton people attitudes are so nasty!!
