Damn I wish I would had read the reviews before buying this sandwich today. I would advise you not to go in here. I brought a foot long tuna sandwich today and was charged over $13 the lady at the counter added 3 small scoops of tuna on a foot long. Then she spreaded it out like peanut butter. , she did not put any tuna at the end of the sandwich at all. When I asked for more tuna, the amount she should have giving me anyway she told me it would cost more money. Then I ask for mayonnaise she added a tiny bit to where you could barely see it on the sandwich. I was about to add a $10 tip but she made sure to mess that up for herself. She lost out on a ten dollar tip for being a foolish woman, and I will never go in there again. Maybe we should get it closed down since all you see is one star

This was THE WORST subway I’ve ever been too. I came to get my kids a kids meal and they claim the button wasn’t working so they would have to charge us full price. They didn’t have curiosity cups for my kids to get water while they waited after buying 3 sandwiches. They had the most nastiest attitude especially the one putting up the food. The lady who was making the sandwiches she was on the phone which is very unprofessionally. If you plan to spend your money here DONT I should’ve ran away when I seen how dirty they had their front area for their customers. They are VERY money hungry and This place should be shut down they’re out of absolutely EVERYTHING and the customer service is horrible!

Very rude service. Asked for a veggie wrap, she gave (very little) vegetables, didn't listen to what I wanted. I asked to have it toasted, and she acted as if to correct me, saying the bread is already toasted. I had to repeat myself, that I wanted warm. Finally I asked for napkins, she again pushed back saying, it's some in the bag. I asked for a specific reason, it's for 2 people. She reluctantly gave me some extra napkins. All in all, a bad experience for us. The cultural differences may have played a part as well 🤷 Not going back to spend my dollars. Her temperament was not good for customer service.

So I ordered my food off the subway app. During this time there was a national promotion for any foot long $6.99. Upon arriving the rude woman employee told me that they don’t honor any coupons or deals but would make my order just this one time. She then rudely told me she’s not putting any extra on my sandwich and to go be seated. After a heated exchange of words I grabbed my sandwich and left. Their customer service is trash and the atmosphere/decor is trashy.

I’ve been to this location before and I had bad customer service. I took that as a one-off situation. I went back today and the customer service is still horrible! The sandwiches/salads are made to customize but my requests were denied. She said she couldn’t heat up my deli meat. I said I’ve done it plenty of times. I had to change my order just to get my sandwich warmed up. Then, I had an issue with getting my sandwich warmed up. She kept wanting to toast it but I said I didn’t want that, I wanted it warmed up. Eventually after three times repeating the same thing, she said “so you want it in the microwave?”. Yes! If it’s not toasted and it’s warmed up, yes I want it in the microwave.
