Terrible customer service! Terrible salad! I bought a cold cut combo salad 11.00 here it looked chopped up into tiny pieces. Nothing to it you could see the bottom of the bowl an there was no lettuce unless it was chopped up. I took it back to show the person an they accused me twice of eating it an bringing it back. I was set for them to remake it but when this person accused me of eating it an bringing it back I told them I wanted my money back. No Manager on site. I got my money back but will never go back here again nor will my family. The subs hardly had any lettuce, tomato etc on them the bread is flat an thin. If you want a good sub, goes somewhere else! Not Worth Your Money!

$11 for a foot long and they can’t even give you a decent amount of meat or vegetables? It’s not worth it. When we asked for more spinach leaves instead of just four, she gave us a total of 7. When we asked for more than 4 cucumber slices she gave us 6.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I am very disappointed with the employee working today. Before ordering, we clearly asked whether the sub offer was still valid and were told yes. After the order was prepared, the employee refused to apply the offer and demanded full menu price. When we questioned this, his behavior was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. He even said he would throw the food in the trash instead of resolving the issue respectfully. This is not how customers should be treated. I hope the owner takes this complaint seriously and addresses this behavior immediately.

Consistently sub par. Today was the final straw. We picked up a online order. When we brought it home, we realized the two sandwiches looked like someone sat on them. One of the sandwiches had so much mustard on it that it was spilling over the sides... gross. Didn't even eat it. We even tipped them. Not going back!

This is the second time that I have come in and was given the wrong thing and was asked to pay for the correct thing. This time they gave me the wrong type of cookie and I told them that this isn’t what I asked for and couldn’t eat that kind, and they said okay the new one will be $1.05 and then they would take the other back…
