I've been going here 2 days a week for many years. The staff is always friendly and will remember you. Highly recommend.

I just have to brag on Brownsville Subway. The place was very clean, the crew worked very well together, and my cold cut combo was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for the excellent service. To the owner, you have an amazing crew.

Ordered online. I arrived to watch them prepare it so I get while it’s fresh off the line. Ordering ahead makes it easier for them to follow preparation because it is printed on the receipt. It was prepared and ready before the app said so in this case it was a good thing I showed up earlier or it would have been sitting there until the app said it was ready. Setting is very clean and air conditioned well. Cant speak on if there is a restroom and it’s cleanliness.

This new management is awful they give you 1 piece of turkey on the 6 inch just so for you to ask for extra so they can charge you more because clearly that's not what the previous management did you got what you paid for!!! Then they do not honor coupons! And have the meat covered up so you can not see how they are shorting your sandwich or how the meat looks!I will be going to the subway at pilot where you get what you pay for!

They barely put anything on my husbands sandwich and my pizza . I asked for a pizza with bacon and they gave me one piece of bacon and charged me for more and then asked me if I wanted cheese and charged for that, but they never put any on it in the beginning. The sandwich was dry and barely had anything on it even though we asked for extra everything all we tasted was bread. I’ve never been to a subway that didn’t do at least a handful or half a handful of cheese and sauce etc. I think it’s ridiculous.
