Ordered two footlongs on a bogo1 special, with veggies on the side, and EVERYTHING was PERFECT! Great customer service, super fast, 10 out of 10!

Very clean store with a friendly atmosphere. The food is fantastic. My bread was soft, like a sub sandwich ought to be. Perfect amount of meat, veggies, and sauce, unlike other sandwich restaurants. I recommend the Macadamia nut cookie.

They couldn't substitute a meat. Felt unwelcome when I asked for my vegetables on my sandwich. And they just threw them on, seemed like they didn't care much about it. The ingredients tasted okay. Overall it's a 4/10. But on the other hand, theres a super chill worker there, so it depends on who's working that day.

The worst dining experience I ever had was ultimately because of the customer service. The store was a little messy, but I assumed they were busy earlier and hadn’t gotten around to cleaning up. More importantly, the employee, Summer, who took my order and made my sandwich, was so blatantly disrespectful. I heard her talking badly about a previous customer, and when I finally got her attention, she seemed irritated that I was even there. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I mean, I’ve worked in customer service before; I know it can be irritating. So even though she should never show that in front of customers, it didn’t bother me all that much at first. But then, when I asked a few questions, she looked at me like I was the most idiotic person she’d ever seen. When she finally answered

Started coming here more often for lunch for the first time in years. Every time the sandwich has been great and it is always so clean inside.
