Subway

Absolutely the worst customer service. I had accidentally put a order in for this store which is 1.5hrs from me. I called and apologized for the mix up and asked if we could possibly cancel the order. I got nothing but a nasty attitude that she has to waste food. I understand that's not what any company wants. But accidents happen. We are all only human. I told her I wasn't able to drive 1.5 hrs to pick up $30 in subway. I then asked to speak to a manager and she yelled at me that she is the manager, and the owner. I couldn't believe how I was talked to. I'm the most easiest person to get along with. I've been in the business industry. I dealt with homeowners on their property and couldn't imagine ever talking to a customer this way.

IT WAS SOOOO HOT INSIDE!!!! I frequent this location almost everyday for lunch. Usually it's a nice 70ish degrees but not today April 25. It was 82 degrees inside and everyone was sweating. I can't imagine how hot the employees were especially having to run the toasting oven. Idk if their HVAC is messed up or there's a thermostat issue but something needs to be done.

Went in to this location Jan 18th just before 7:00. There were probably 10-13 people in there because high school basketball games had just finished up. The two boys working were doing an amazing job at prioritizing orders and getting everyone taken care of. I’ve worked in fast food years and years ago, so I appreciated how they were moving and getting things done. Upon my sandwhich being wrapped up, a manager walked in on her personal cell phone, on a personal phone call. She came to the register, still on the phone, appeared to clock in or log in, hung up the phone, and proceeded to absolutely RIP the two boys working their butts off for having to go order receipts laying by the register.
