Tuesday January 6, 2025 AT 6:11 PM. UNREAL SITUATION. TWO EMPLOYEES. THE MANAGERS DAUGHTER & A GUY WHO SAID HE WAS FROM NEW LEXINGTON. She comes from the back and first says "We are out of ham & meatballs. Not hello or anything. I order the sandwich which took longer than usual because they are out of what I wanted. Trying to pick veggies with the guy. She is at the register & wants to rush check me out while I am still trying to pick veggies. I told her I am still choosing veggies. He (New Lex) SHUTS THE CASE TO THE VEGGIES AND says "FOCUS ON THE VEGGIES TO ME TWICE. HE AGAIN TOLD ME TO "FOCUS ON THE VEGGIES". THEN THE MANAGERS DAUGHTER SAID "I WAS GOING TO GIVE HER A DISCOUNT BUT SHE IS SCREWED NOW!" SINCE I TOLD HER "JUST A MINUTE. I AM NOT READY WHILE PICKING VEGGIES". HE THEN CALLED

Well, normally wouldn't. This is the third time I've shown up at this location during scheduled hours and it's all locked up. I don't come here often, but 3 out of 5 feels pretty bad.

They didn’t have Italian herb and cheese, but the lady working (July 3, 2025) was killer with my order. Online placed it for 6:35 and walked in at 6:31 and she was making it. I always worry they rush make it and let it sit, but glad she didn’t. I also asked for special instructions to have my subs extra toasted (not on option online) and she did it as well. Would be full 5 stars if they had the correct bread.

I can't believe how the staff treated my 75 year old mother. Shame on them and the manager

Honestly, I don't like to see a lot of negative reviews, but I have to agree with those I have seen for this place. We done curbside pickup, and we were there 40-45 minutes longer than we were supposed to wait. My order was made with what looked like no effort. I have ordered the same thing before, and it was totally messed up the last time. I also found hair in my food. Our last visit was not a pleasant one. They have the extra stars because the other times we were there it was fine. We probably will go again, to give it another chance. If it turns out like the last time, you may hear more from me.
