They can’t do their job right. I asked for extra meat on mine and my brothers. My brother got his extra meat on his sandwich and salad. I didn’t get hardly no meat on both of mine. My salad was very small barely to feed a kid. My sandwich was mainly bread and my toppings on it. Never will I eat there again

Food and service great! But upon eating inside.... I noticed the ceiling fans looked as if they had carpets of dust built up on the fan blades! It totally grossed us out! Cleanliness is a huge deal to me,if I'm buying food from here.Had to leave and throw away food we just bought. Ughhh Started to tell manager, but then again, why should they be told about this? They should know!

Our Subs got heated instead of toasted like we asked, they are constantly out of ingredients, and the chips were stale. At checkout we had to repeat that we were getting chips and drinks 2 times. I said large and the guy put in smalls for both of us. This is not the first time something of this nature has happened at this location.

Donna is rude. I decided to wait for my online order that I just placed, as I walked through the door I said, "Hello Donna" with no reply. I waited a few minutes ,and the lady that presented my food was extremely nice, also the food tasted great , but overall the bad customer experience from the start overshadows the whole deal for me.

Went thru the drive thru. It was hard hearing the person on the speaker. I could tell she was being distracted by another worker by the way she was laughing with them. I ordered 2 steak and Jack wraps which were made the same way. Get to the window to pay and was only handed 1 wrap. Apparently she only heard part of what I said. So I waited for them to make the second wrap while the lady at the window was rude and made nasty looks. Got home only to realize that one was steak and the other was chicken. Only one had cheese and neither had the toppings that I asked for. Very disappointed in this visit. I think based not only on my experience but others, that management needs to be looked at and the employees need to be trained better on customer service.
