⭐️ I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway located in the Fort Eustis Exchange. I was standing directly in front of the counter, clearly waiting to be helped, and the woman working there completely ignored me. She continued talking to a man already at the counter, not even appearing to be actively making his order—just having a conversation. She looked at me, then went right back to talking to him without saying a single word or acknowledging my presence in any way. A simple “I’ll be right with you” would have made all the difference, but instead I felt dismissed and disrespected. Customer service is about basic courtesy, and unfortunately that was completely lacking during this visit. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this Subway location. FYI I hope som
Order a sandwich and it was not made correctly. I told them not to toast it yet. It was toasted so now the sandwich is ruined.
Send some help! I feel like they don’t know what they are doing or what anything is the look confused and lost. Barely listen to customer and look like they never want to be there. Wasn’t even lunch rush.
Me: "I will pay with Star Card" (I hold out my Star Card) Cashier: (Takes payment) "You should have told me you wanted to pay with Star Card *facepalm And I could name a few other things that went wrong here just in this visit.
Lunch rush hadn’t even started yet but they had no lettuce. I should have walked away with the sandwich nearly made. Guess they ignore the fact there’s a commissary literally next door!
