Subway

Sad. We are local (about a 12 minute drive) and used the App to place our order. Picked it, got home, was all ready and excited to eat. DOWNER!!! The bread was not what we ordered (wrong kind) and none of the 4 foot long's were toasted as specified in the order. We paid extra for "extra banana peppers. None were to be found. Paid extra for bacon on my #2 Outlaw.... It was so thin and not detectable in a bite of it. Would you be surprised if I mentioned that the foot long tuna that was ordered "with all the vegetables" had 3 slices of tomato over the whole 12 inches! Other vegs missing, including the jalapenos (well, there two or three)! It was a mess. See attached photo☹. This is my favorite subway restaurant in the region. They are always fast, friendly and clean. They play positive uplifting KLove style music all the time. parking lot is tiny and cramped.nonly one washroom we ALL gotta share which give this a 4 instead of a 5. Yes the washroom is a big deal especially if I have the wife and or kids with me. A women has the right to a pee free seat. If love to see this subway get a bigger location. Today I tried the new 6"smoked brisket sub.... It is very good but... Small for over 6 bucks. Needs one more piece of meat to make it great. Anyway I got it with a small amount of BBQ sauce and just a few vegetables. I got meat and bun toasted so when ya bit in it.... Smokey flavor. I will get this again

Can honestly say this was the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. We came in at 9:20 when they close at 10, and the girl making the sandwiches was the rudest person in customer service I’ve ever encountered. She kept muttering under her breath how much we were pissing her off, and she kept saying things like “I’m done with this shit. I want to go home,” all while we were standing there and she was making our food. She was rude with the guy she was training in front of us. I understand being frustrated with your job, but to take it out on your customers is a WILD thing to do. Just know if you walk in and you see Tammy working, just walk right back out unless you want to have an experience like this.

Sandwiches tasted. Great. Need to pay a little more attention to detail. But in the end, the cookies were great.
