11:45am - I understand it’s hard to find good workers however this was the worst experience at this location since moving here last year. The sub artist rang me and the 4 people in line behind me up before he made our subs. Then he made our orders all at the same time. This was especially frustrating as I should have walked out 15 minutes earlier if done correctly. Additionally, he just threw the meat on there. I asked for LTO, pickles, cucumbers, and banana peppers, he put a decent amount of lettuce but ONLY THREE tomatoes, pickles, and cucumbers each. Then loaded it with sauce making it disgusting to eat. Very disappointed. I will go back if another, better trained, sandwich artist is working.

Great service, love the people who work here but the bread is always stale. For a $15 sub I would expect at least the bread to be good.

Ordered 3 of the subway series subs, they had no meats or barley any. If I just wanted bread I would have gone to the grocery store. Ordered their sidekicks pretzels no mustard sauce with them. This place is the worst subway I have ever been to avoid at all costa. Go to any other one and get what you pay for.

Berwick Maine 10:45am I walked in and nobody was up front - all the food was open. She comes around and greeted me kindly but warned the debit machine might not work. I said ok and risked it. I order a turkey sandwich with bacon but only the bacon cooked… she grabbed two pieces of bacon that already looked to be cooked and burnt them. I looked over at veggies and they were brown and dry. She started putting brown lettuce on my sandwich and I finally said that’s really brown. She goes “well I’m not sure my other lettuce will be any better” and I pointed at the fresh green bin and said “ that one right there?” . Overall for $12 and some change ….. once again ….. just a gross location and I’ll finally stop going now. (This is my 3rd terrible experience)

Ordered a number 16 with American and pepper jack, it's suppose to come with 8 piece of cheese. The kid working there gave me extra without me asking , didnt tell me, charged me for extra, and when I told him I didn't want that he stands there and looks at me completely useless, and doesn't offer a refund for the upcharge or anything. Unless someone's says extra, do not give them extra and charge. Seems like a sneaky way to get add-ons.
