Ordered ahead and still had to wait 10 minutes to have my sub. It was sitting behind the counter. Wasn’t even correctly made, cold and put together so sloppy. Missing bacon, an extra charge item.. toasted but by the time I received it, it was cold. Missing ingredients and added others that weren’t on the order ticket

This place needs help. I went in tonight at 8:00pm. Most of the add ons bins were empty. The lettuce was full but it was all brown. The sandwich I got is boring as hell. Turkey cheese and tomato. It’s not great. I want to support a local business but it’s difficult considering the product.

Worst subway ever! Took over 10 minutes to have a cheese pizza and a sub with meat, cheese and mayo on it! The pizza wasn't even full cooked and sub was a Sloppy mess! Guy clearly hates his job so maybe find a different one. 4 other people in there after I got my food and I was done with my food before the first couple got their food! Closed at 8:20pm when the sign says 9pm! So not even everyone in the store got their food because it designed he wanted to close early!

Very confusing and misleading app. I signed up for promo and it would not take, it said a $7.78 sandwich would be $10.49, after two times of it saying my payment would not take, I gave up and paid cash. Store employee was of no help, clueless of how app works and said “that’s all corporate and I can’t help with that”. I am in Wisconsin. So hours later I get a call from Canada saying my sandwich is ready. I told them I would not be picking it up. Needless to say she was very confused, I told her what had happed in store and how the app refused payment and I got the “that’s all corporate and I can’t help with that” line of b.s. We recived terrible service in the morning shift, customer raged at us, would get mad when we asked for service, was extremely agressive and when we spoke up he yelled at us and said to never come back. He was unessasarly rude for no reason.
