Subway

Men's bathroom turned into a storage closet apparently, so I guess they only have the one bathroom. It's labeled as women's, but it's only one person at a time, so I guess it works. There's no lock on the inside of the bathroom though, so that's weird. The ice machine was broken on the soda fountain machine. Pretty sure that whole system needs looked at because the soda was completely flat. Not a great experience at all, but at least the food was decent. Typical Subway style food. Seems like the sandwiches are getting smaller though.

This location used to be a great place to grab a bite to eat from, the service used to be great and the food was made properly, now they don't greet you as you walk in and the sandwiches are so small I thought that I order off of the kids menu, I REPEAT THEY ARE MAKING HALF SANDWICHES.. the store on Rockside road is better the service is good and the sandwiches are adults size..

Service was terrible. The lady did not greet me at all and waited about 5-8 minutes before she decided to take my order. (Me thinking she may have been trying to deliver something for the location come to find out it was a personal call she was on with her AirPods) She was on the phone with someone the entire time I ordered and the lady after me ordered. Not only was she on the phone talking to whomever she was talking to but she continuously kept forgetting what I asked so I had to repeat myself too many times, she moved very slow and careless, and also got an attitude and rolled her eyes because I asked for just the bacon to be cooked and not the entire sandwich.

Terrible customer service don’t waste your time or money if I could give 0 I would

Shoutout to Subway Bedford in Northfield for the excellent service! My footlong turkey and bacon sandwich was made perfectly—just the way I wanted it. Fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. I’ll definitely be back!
