Subway

Usually subways in gas stations can be like hit or miss ( I’m picky ) and this particular subway was so incredibly clean. I was shocked of how clean it was in there. Also the lady working I believe her name is Shanique she was so nice and kept the space clean while preparing my food! I’ll definitely be coming back! Very good food as well!

Horrible customer service. I go to different subways every day for lunch (I travel). Always get double chicken with the second scoop on the side. No issues. Here they charged me for an entire second sandwich. I asked about it and the manager said that’s how it is and walked away while I was talking. The other worker threw a piece of bread in my bag when I asked for the chicken to be made into a sandwich since I was paying for it.

One of the best subways I’ve gone to in regards to the customer service experience! There is a wonderful lady named Shani, her service was exceptional and she has such a sweet personality! I travel often from Texas to Alabama for work but I’ll definitely stop by more often just for her Southern Hospitality an a great sandwich!😍🥰

I didnt catch her name but the employ working at 7pm on 7/25/25 was very friendly and the place was very clean. Superb service!

We were traveling and decided to stop and get a Subway sub. There was only one staff member on duty, but she was cheerful, efficient and made an awesome sandwich. I see some negative reviews here but I can tell you Shanti changed her gloves after checking out the guest before us, restocked some of the veggies while our sandwich toasted, and made us a great lunch. Thanks, Shanti! You are awesome!
