I came for a sub at 930 , I sit down to eat , but the girls tell me I need to leave ? The door says the store closes at 1030? I have never been kicked out of a restaurant before . Terrible service here. Bad attitudes. Had to eat outside on my cars trunk
I landed in Miami with a flight delay. Ordered online as I was on full hungry mode. Ordered a foot long - Out of bread I wanted and they used regular one . Coming to the main horrible experience, I specifically ordered Spicy Nacho chicken but no jalapenos ( they said out of jalapenos) , no siracha - but apparently gives siracha to select and not so friendly staff. Response is in a rude way. No bread, no jalapenos and krunch was left open and its no more crunchy. Chicken was also not at all tasty and cooked properly.
Please do not go here. Pictured is the $12 “Titan Turkey” that I ordered. Had to go searching through the sandwich with my hands to see if there was any turkey at all on it. I eventually found a single slice. Hard to complain when no one there will communicate with you in English. It’s advertised as “33% more meat!” Which begs the question, how much turkey is on the regular sandwich then? The fact that they willingly made the sandwich this way, knowing it was a pickup order and I wouldn’t notice how badly I was ripped off until I was gone, just demonstrates how poorly run this store is and how terrible the employees are. Rude and incompetent, please do not give this place a dime. Need it to go out of business ASAP so we can get another decent lunch spot in that shopping center.
The worker did not speak any English, so it was difficult to order food. I asked for chocolate chip cookies 🍪 and there was none available at 1pm in the afternoon. I asked for watermelon 🍉 kiwi drink 🍸 from the fountain or sweet tea and there was none. The workers was not willing to check the back for cookies 🍪. I asked the workers for their names and they was not willing to share it. I will not be returning to this location. I encourage you to do the same. Customer service is terrible. Oh did I mention this is America and they could not speak English or barely understand English. I had to demonstrate and use translate to get my point across. It was exhausting.
Every time that i visit the store, I leave pleasant about how this guys treat me, and the way they prepare my food, they also recommend sometimes new things wich i love!
