Twice they have messed up my order. Last time I even got my salad without a lid!!! Maybe it would have been better if I ordered in person but no, it was a pick up order that I had ordered 3 hrs prior. The second time I went to pick up my order at the the pick up time and it wasn’t ready and in the rush the person was to make it, they did not add any of the condiments I wanted.

love how friendly it is. If you are nice to the staff, they will be nice back, if they mess up on something, literally just ask them to help change it, its not that hard to be nice to the,.

In my own local town, I would love to give them 5 stars! Also hate writing customer reviews because I’ve worked in the food industry but unfortunately I have too. We’ve gone here multiple times for a quick meal and also would say this is the least friendliness place. Also the employees act they are bothered by you being there. We went there tonight and got two pizzas, one sausage and one pepperoni. The employee didn’t ask if we wanted anything on our pizzas and proceed to say about two sentences the entire time. I thought this would be a great opportunity for our community but the employees actions show not that. Not impressed with this location hoping for better in the future!

Not bad service and well behaved adolescent environment as for as youth staff is concerned.

They had new help that wasn't highly experienced but did a good job. Depressing no longer have seafood at any subways
