I totally understand mistakes happen we’re all human, however the manager Amy turned a mistake into a situation where I won’t be going back to the Batesville location. I placed an online order went to pick it up and noticed the causes that were supposed to be on the side weren’t in the bag and when I said something she had a snippy attitude and said “you’ll just have to wait” which I obviously planned on since there were other customers in line. Then I got home about 35-45 minutes later and when I got my sandwich it not only didn’t have the extra veggies I asked for it was the wrong bread and so was the other sandwich. My family and I dined in before my sons football game. Chase and Cameron were awsome! We're vegetarian and those two gentlemen were kind enough to put on a new pair of gloves to make our sandwiches!! Wonderful customer service!

Chase and Cameron are amazing employees. They put a smile on my face when I really needed it. One of a kind customer service! Just absolutely lovely people and food was great!

Our experience started out great, staff was friendly and kind, making jokes and apologizing for the long wait. The older guy who was making our order was over the top with jokes and stories, and when my mom went to joke back with him, he got extremely rude and pointed at my mom saying “you’re being really hateful for no reason, I’ve done everything I can to be nice and make your food and you’re being hateful, go ahead and call whoever you want to I don’t care !” And then proceeded to refuse to make the rest of her order. He shoved the protein bowl at the younger employee and said “he can make it”. This happened in front of other customers and left us feeling very confused and uncomfortable.
