The girls were nice but one seemed to be upset that customers came in and she had to work. One was super friendly and smiley. It’s subway food was good. Just wish they turned up the heat and weren’t grouchy.

The employees hated their lives, toasted my sandwich for two seconds. Didn’t put much toppings on. Super slow & just gross inside, bathrooms needed some serious tlc.

We stop there to split a big foot-long sandwich every time we pass through Baker City on our way to or from Idaho. The place is kept fairly clean, we rarely have to wait long, the food is good and prepared well. My wife is picky as to what goes on the sandwich, but the help is always willing to make it perfect. No complaints and a bright spot on a long drive we make every couple months.

Dine-in has room but is a bit crowded with some seating. The drink machine was not calibrated with the proper syrup/carbonation and only seemed to have 1 employee working at lunchtime on a weekend.

Absolutely terrible experience. We placed an online order and walked in immediately to pick it up, fully expecting to wait a bit. But instead of starting our order, they told us to sit down and said they would get to it soon. Well, soon turned into 45 minutes of us sitting there watching them make sandwiches for every single person who walked in the door, probably 30 people, while our simple online order of two sandwiches sat ignored. What is the point of offering online ordering if you completely disregard those orders? By the time they finally started ours, the store was empty. No apology, no urgency, nothing. If you value your time, do not order online from this location. They clearly prioritize walk-ins over people who have already paid.
