Subway

We ordered a turkey bacon ranch wrap from this subway today and ordered extra avocado on my wife’s sandwich and the avacado was completely brown and turned bad. I would have rather them communicated there was no fresh avocado than ruin the sandwich with spoiled ingredients. Very disappointed with this trip and I hope their service improves.

This is by far the WORST subway I’ve EVERRRRR came across! Me nor the other BLACK customer was greeted! We greeted 3 of the workers who was working around 6. A girl a boy and a man all of them where white(no problem) NOBODY SPOKE ! The girl began to take our order instead of fixing the order as we tell her she had to write it down 1st(apparently someone there is stealing) not our problem! The atmosphere was sooo negative and nonchalant we didn’t even want the food anymore ! I then asked for a manager of course it wasn’t 1 around so I had to blow my cover and let them know I was . Very much RACISM there and I’ll never forget how I was treated!

Terriable customer service. Walked in, no one greeted us, no customers were inside , & 3 so called employees were behind the counter. I proceeded to order & was told I had to wait until the two on line orders were done. There was one guy making sandwiches , while 2 gals just stood there & said “ He’ll get you when he finishes the orders!” What????!!!!!!!!! We walked out! Never again. Get it together or you’ll be shut down!

Had gotten a sub for lunch and lettuce was brown and the ham and turkey smelled old and sour like it was spoiled mayo was hot overall it was absolutely disgusting. When asked if it could be remade I was told no the sandwich was fine and they wouldn’t do anything when I asked to speak to a manger none was in store I asked for a way to contact the area manager or head office I was told that they would tell me the same thing!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! After asking around it turns out the same company that owns the aynor store owns subways all through conway and Carolina forest no wonder after getting into contact with the company it’s self I was informed there was nothing they could do and everything was fine???!? Myself or my family will not be dinning at any of these stores anymore!

Usually no problem when I order.. but, waited for 30+ mins in the drive through before ordering, and couldn’t get out the line.
