Said they close at 10, we even called to say we be there at 8 and if they still be open, they said yes, we arrived and they ran to close the shop doors in our faces. No apologies just a to hell with you.
Went to place order then said that our food was ready. Went to go pick it up n they were closed. It was 7:45 on Saturday night
Went to subway to get something to eat and they locked the door after we got there. It's says online there open till 10:00 and the door says 9:00. But it wasn't even 8:00p.m. how can u make business and close early. We were going to get it to go.
don’t eat here. the cookies are terrible especially the chocolate chip cookies. they are super thin and taste weird they don’t taste like chocolate at all. The staff is kinda rude. WILL NOT. Eat here again. Go to Searcy. Better cookies better people.
They don’t even deserve stars. They don’t even deserve business. Rude STAFF. I told them over 4 times to not toast my sandwich on the phone. THE WORKER SAID “Okay” AND WHEN I GET HOME AND OPENS MY SANDWICH...it’s TOASTED. I’m beyond heated. They need a new damn phone cause You can be speaking loud and clear and they talking about some “I cant hear you” . IF YOU WANT QUALITY FOOD AND GOOD COSTUMER SERVICE THEN KEEP TRUCKING DOWN TO SEARCY AR OR BALD KNOB.
