Subway

I’m not sure where to begin but I was grossed out that they let an employee who was off the clock (in pajama shorts and a hoodie with her hair down) behind the counter to make her own sandwich off the clock. That made everyone so distracted that they burnt my sandwich… which I would have moved past all of this until I got home and see a tip added to my bill that I did not authorize. This place needs better management. From cleanliness to customer service I was very disappointed.

We just had the most amazing experience at Subway. Vicky was awesome. She was so kind. It was just refreshing because let's be honest people can be so rude nowadays. Thanks Vicky. My husband said he only wants you to fix his sandwiches from now on. They were delicious and everything at this store is always fresh, crisp and delicious

They were able to accommodate our basketball team and families. Great service!

First bad subway experience. The lady working tonight was rude and lazy I understand it was 9:15 and y’all close at 10 but no excuse for just grabbing and throwing the veggies on the sandwich’s acting like a child being asked to put up their toys the sandwich was a mess. The guy working was chill and respectful and double checked with everything I asked for. He is what kept the review at a 3

My daughter has anxiety and panicked and walked out without her change. Which was 10.71. When we went back the young woman got angry because I called her on it. Said she did give her the change which was 30 cents. Wouldn't even look at receipt. Claimed change was in bag. Not in bag. Called manager. Manager made it right. Thanked young woman only to get an eye roll and attitude. Food was fine and the other young man working was a doll.
