Let me start by saying, nothing is perfect. But dang! The crew at this store today is trying their hardest to make it so!! The crew at the store today (Oct. 26, 2025) did everything right. They made our subs to our standard. The food was fresh, and it all tasts great. Thanks very much ❤️ We walked in and they were helping customers ahead of us, but greeted us as they worked and made sure to know we'd be helped very soon. We waited and listened to good tunes in the air and were thanked for our patience, even though it was only a moment. The owner was there as part of the crew, working diligently to fulfill orders. Apparently the Spicy Italian is popular today lol All that to say, this manager and her crew are doing excellent and I will be returning again and again. No im not paid

Gotta say with the new management/owner this place is turning around. Came in as a simple door dash tonight and these guys had the DISTRICT manager on the floor making subs with the rest of the crew ya gotta love to see somone so high up still getting down and dirty with the others even if its something as simple as making subs. Definitely cant say that about 90% of company's. Good job lads I hope you guys have a good night

Everytime I come here the food is good, so I cant really complain. Austin was very friendly and did a great job. I did notice, however, that the shift manager was rude and condescending, especially to her fellow employees. They could definitely use better leadership at this location.

I ordered online and stopped in to pick up my order. I noticed the footlong cookie I ordered wasn't there. I asked an employee, he said they didn't have any. He suggested that I switch it out for chips or drinks.. if I wanted either of those, I would've ordered it. I had to push a little bit, but walked away with the two sandwiches and a coupon for a free 6". When I opened up the sandwiches at home, they were unacceptable. Neither was cut, neither had the correct sauce, one bread was incorrect, and items were missing and other items added. To be honest.. I'm not even sure they put chicken on either one - the meat was weird and brown. The sandwiches were so disgusting looking, we ended up throwing both of them away. I called the store and an employee took my name, mumbled something, and H

DO NOT EAT HERE. Extremely disrespectful and rude employees. Go literally anywhere else. I put in a mobile order while sitting in the parking lot, then got in line about 10 minutes later and told them why I was there. I was told 5-10 minutes max to get my food. I watched them start it then every time someone walked in set it aside and help the other people. I don't mind other people getting their food, but I'm on lunch at work and need to get back. After 15 minutes I asked why I kept getting pushed to the back of the line. I was told because my food was a mobile order and pickup time was stated when I ordered so in person customers take priority. I said "I am a customer and I am here in person" to which I was told "if you don't like it I'll void your order. Your pickup time is in 2 minutes
