Subway

Wonderful customer service experience at this location on 01/23/26 around 2:45pm (for reference because I didn’t catch the guys name). Just the pleasant and friendly small talk while toasting the sub makes all the difference and put me in a good mood. The guy making my sub was friendly and seems to enjoy his job. I ordered the Honey Mustard BBQ sub and he did a great job making the sandwich efficiently (remembering the ingredients I was telling him even between chatting without having to repeat myself over and over). Thanks!

I am specifically wanting to review the new festive turkey sandwich i tried tonight. I ordered it knowing there is stuffing on it, so I asked for it to be toasted. The bread was.. but the stuffing was cold.yuck. I would never eat cold stuffing sorry. Also I thought there would be real cranberries on it.. nope. Just cold cranberry liquid on only the end of the sandwich. The other end had all bread no ingredients. Threw the rest of it away after feeling sick about it. Would never try that kind again. Whenever I do randomly get some subway, I order the same turkey sandwich with my ingredients on it, it's always been good. I will say service is also soooo slow through the drive threw though.

Was told I would have to pay double for more tuna when the first portion wasn’t even enough to cover the bread. Ridiculous! Staff wasn’t polite, a worker got made he was asked to change his gloves. I just left. First time we came plastic was in my boyfriend’s food and now this. Do better or just shut down. Yeah, I won’t be back.

I placed an order for a turkey sub with mustard, mayo pickles, and so on. First and foremost I don't know what took them so long to make a sub so simple secondly once I got it I went home to enjoy my sub and when I open it up it looks like a mustard and mayo sandwich. I don't know if they didn't want to make the sub or was being funny but it was not funny to me.

Food was horrendous. The bread was beyond stale; the meat was old tasting and they barely put any mayo on the sandwich (requested extra) called and spoke with the manager and got told “there isn’t anything I can do” I rarely take the time to make complaints, but this was so bad that I had to.
