Subway

I got there at 920 seating at the drive thru for 5 minutes moved up to the window. Employee finally came to window said they were closed. I stated sign says open until 930, she said it was close enough to 930 also said they haven't been busy. I wonder if I ordered $100 worth of food and gave them $50 and said close enough what would happen.

I ordered 2 sub and they screwed them both up completely. Both pizza subs. I told them only cheese and sauce that’s it nothing else. The 2nd a normal one with olives and onions. I got one with pepperoni and sauce. The other one had sauce cheese and the veggies.I called and told them and they said I could come get new ones. I told them I couldn’t come back in and get it. They said sorry. What happened to offering the customer a discount or another one on a different day.

We were the only people in line and it took a good three minutes for someone to come start helping us. They were slow and very skimpy with toppings (three slices of tomato on a footling sandwich for example). When another girl decides to help they helped the people after us so our order took forever.

I had a good toasted spicy Italian foot long and it was pretty good. Paid extra for more meat and got it toasted. I took my left over half and put it in the oven at home to warm up. It was so much better out of the oven. I wish when they toasted it it got as crispy and cooked as it does in the oven.

Please, please get working ovens that don't breakdown so much. One has been broken for over a year and never fixed, which is ridiculous. I understand the pandemic caused some delay but this is disappointing. Second, the other oven almost always breaks and that hurts when my friends go in and can't get anything. However, the only saving grace are the staff. They are kind and caring and I hope they get better management soon.
