Paid like $9 for this 6-in Philly cheese steak. This is insane, Subway has gone downhill so fast over the years. Not that this location has ever been good, but geez this is very very bad
The lady was rude rushing through the subs–with putting on the wrong items and couldn’t even put the ones on that come on the sub (on the menu). Horrible customer service, felt like I wasn’t wanted there and it was awful that I came in!!
Closed at 9 doesn’t mean put everything away at 8:50 and say no to someone who comes in hungry at 8:55
I ordered a protein bowl and a Philly sub online. I had to add more lettuce to my (I use the term lightly) salad. The salad didn't even fill the bowl they gave us and I paid almost $11 for it. Jalapenos were requested for Philly sub and we got a single jalapeno..what the heck? So very disappointed!
We agreed that the Alanson Subway is one of the nicest we've been to. The young gal who waited on us was really good at her job. Very friendly and so efficient.
