Subway

Terrible. Ordered a sandwich by mistake at this location while on lunch break at work then they proceeded to tell me I can’t get my refund unless I come in.

In no way do I want my review to reflect the good people working here, they did a fantastic job but Subway as a whole has withered to nothing.. the bread has been reduced to flavorless and dry. The meatballs for example are now like cheep rubbery frozen garbage you would get from a discount store… even the once great cookies have fallen .. I have given several chances but in the last year the decline in quality has led me to one conclusion.. not only will I pull any and all recommendations to Go here but I myself will no longer dine there.. the gas station offers better food .. eat fresh my back side more like eat cheep frozen preserves.. be well all !!

Absolutely horrible service from a girl at 2:45pm on 4/11/21. Other customers were shocked at how badly she was acting. Embarrassing experience for this Subway. I will never ever return. There are like 5 subways within 15 minutes of each other. Not sure how you could ever expect to keep customers.

While I normally had only had excellent service there, this last (and I mean last) time I went there, my group and in were turned away while it was still regular open business hours. Granted it was 5-7 minutes before closing (9 P.M.), but there were people in the line having their sandwiches Being made. 10 minutes later(a few minutes after closing) the people that had been in line were sitting down eating, and the "open" sign was still lit up. I've not been back since, since I still cant believe the incredulity of it.

Have always had good food from the Akron Subway. Only one time was a mistake, but they corrected... it was a full bus load of students who ordered so much food that they ran out of certain vegetables to make my online order. But they gave me a replacement for the unexpected inconvenience.😊
