Very bad customer service the old lady is very rude she dont want to make a sandwich

My husband went to subway in addis louisiana at 11:15 am on 08/29/25 employee was very rude and did not have a name tag on so dont know her name we always get good customer service there but she did not have good customer service if she is working the next we go we will not stop here

Beware if you eat at this location. I think they were short staffed so that’s probably no fault of the counter worker that she had to work alone. However, I was in line and I watched her make several orders all while wearing the same gloves she made the sandwich with, took payment and touched the computer screen. Peoples debit cards are gross. I almost asked her if she could put on some new gloves for my order but ended up leaving because the same old gloves had touched all the food containers.

Terrible location. Ordered a sandwich through the app. They were out of my sandwich so they fixed something I did not order and did not want and then refused to refund my money. The worker told my husband they couldn't do anything I had to call back for a manager. I called back the next morning and spoke to the manager who also told me they couldn't refund me. She said the supervisor would call me. It's been 2 weeks and nothing. So Sherry, you are a terrible manager. Avoid this location, go to the one in Walmart. They are fantastic.

Worst subway I’ve ever been too. Surprising because it’s in an high income area. They lose so much business, customers walk out all the time because of the horrible service. It’s always a problem Everytime I visit this location. Employees are rude and unprofessional. They’re never ready to take your order, and always telling customers you’re going to have to wait. They’re always out of stock. They lock the doors mid day and during lunch time. They lock the doors whenever they want. I don't see how they’re still open. You might as well pass this location up and go to the location in Port Allen Walmart. I would not visit until they get new management.
