All the food was fresh and the server was very attentive. The place was clean and organized and easy to find, And the bathroom was clean.

$23 for a 12” sub and two drinks and the other day went to a different location and it was $27 for a 12”, 6”, and two drinks. They up charged us on the avocado when it’s supposed to come with the sub. Will not go here again!

Ordered a Tuna sub online and added 50% more meat.. Got less than regular. I brought my order back to the shop and he said that I paid for a deluxe and its not double meat. The amount I paid $2 for looked like Reg portion. I asked for Double meat and offered to pay and he then charged me $5 more on top of the $2 i paid online. Never again. What a RIP OFF!!

Don’t bother going here unless you want sub par food and service without a smile. Also, you are forced to tip 10% automatically for that same subpar service and food.

I placed an online order with Subway online. We've ordered from them many times with out issue but today was different. The order was supposed to be delivered and showed status of being delivered. Subway delivers via door dash if you order from their website. I called the delivery driver at the number provided and he said he dropped it off with reception. I told him it was not here and he then yelled at me and hung up. The order was never dropped off at my office. I walked around the inside and outside of the building. I then called door dash directly who told me to call subway as it was their order system. I called subway and the manager there told me there was nothing he could do unless I wanted to go pick it up. I am currently at work. He said he can not refund me. I work in Concord and
