Customer Reviews
overall is was fine, once i found a hard pellet or something in my food. It taste okay and the service is exceptional, but sometimes it can be a bit distasteful. They are also almost always out of the cookies and churros.
Team was friendly and kept the line moving even though there was only two people with a line that was to the exit door. The two ladies kept up friendly banter not only with between them selfs but with the soldiers they were interacting with while making food.
Everyone here is super nice and friendly!! Tasty hot subs on a cold day!! Yum!
It's the first time since Covid that I went to lunch with just my husband and I(being the kids are all back in school) ofcourse it was a moment to look forward to, just him and I. I knew what to expect being aware that everyone was out having lunch at the same time and patient I was in an up to 10 minute waiting line. But geez, talk about horrible customer service by a particular employee. I understand that during rush hour you need to go fast. However, no need for rudeness and unnecessary remarks. Making one feel like it's inconsiderate to add more or less to their personal sandwich, especially in a fast food location where I should be able to pick and choose to my own taste buds. Uncomfortable and ready to run out is what I did. I know that one employees behavior doesn't speak for all.
Today was my second time at this location and the quality is still bad. I got two burned meatballs in my sandwich, which felt like I was biting into a rock. I was told that the honey oat bread was discontinued. That was a lie, because I went to another Subway and there was a sign that said “Honey Oat Is Back!!”. This location also runs out of ingredients everyday. Whomever is responsible for ordering supplies needs to be replaced. The servers were ill-experienced or not trained well. One of them went to the back and got some sauce and was about to touch my sandwich without replacing her gloves. I had to tell her to changes gloves. Begs the question of how many meals have been contaminated. She even drowned my sandwich in sauce. Lastly, why does this location not have pizza? Why does this l
