They offer a combo meal but no drink options. Then they want you to pay extra to purchase a drink from their store side. Subway is already over priced and this location is below standard.
This is a burnt meatball sub. I asked for lightly toasted and when I said it's burnt she replied "that's how many minutes it says". Uh, don't think your supposed to burn it! And, look at the 3 whole pieces of fresh spinach! WOW. Didn't even offer to make another that wasn't burnt. What a disappointment 😡 Well making sandwiches and customer service both need attention!
I had heard the night shift was terrible, but saw the rudeness with my own eyes. And why do they close at 6, so the rude workers can rest and flirt with one another while on the clock.
Not a fan. Food was sketchy at best. Employees seemed quite confused, left with the impression that maybe someone was new. Couldn't find an employee when time to pay, kind of odd.
I would like to share a story with my Facebook family and friends. My niece has been working at Subway in Coushatta. This job supported her and her only child, whom she has raised alone. On March 15th her daughter was admitted to LSU ICU with pneumonia and placed on BIPAP. Tara notified her job of the situation and that she would have to be off work. Chelsey,being a special needs child needed her mother with her at all times. The hospital staff was great and allowed her to stay in ICU with her. Tara had kept her job informed,but told the manager that she couldn't call everyday because she was in ICU. It was rumored that the manager (knowing the situation) bragged that she was going to terminate Tara. On Friday, with her mother at her side, Chelsey passed from this life and went to be with
