Better off going in store instead of ordering online to make sure you get what you want. Ordered a meatball sub and sweet onion chicken teriyaki, both with extra meat. Most definitely did not receive extra meat. I don't think they even read my full order as they made me give them the receipt to make sure I got a combo.

Oriental woman said get in line for $6.99 footlong special. Then she resigned and said nastily only online. I left. Her cough made up my mind never to go back. Pure ignorance. Come on WWII families show them this won't be tolerated

Placed a mobile order at 4:30, went to the store and they had a sign on the door saying they closed at 4. There was a woman in there so I knocked to get my money refunded. She refused to open the door or give me a refund. Ignored me and walked to the back. So now I have to dispute the charge with my bank

I made an order to pick it up, This is the second time I order something and I asked for grilled chicken and they gave me rotisserie chicken. I don't know why they didn't explain to the workers the difference between one and the other. I really couldn't eat it. I don't like the taste of the other chicken. I prefer the plainer chicken. But thanks for ruining my lunch. Also the app doesn’t have the option to make a complaint about the order it’s so disappointed
