Great experience at this Subway location. You can tell the new management is working hard—everything was clean, service was friendly, and the sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend stopping by!
Over this subway is a very good choice if you live in La salle the customer service here is amazing the employee here are very nice and friendly. The food was also amazing one of the best subway I’ve been too.
I’ve ordered from them multiple times since they are the only Subway near. You can tell they either just don’t give a damn or don’t like your job. I’ve literally ASKED AND REQUESTED toasted on my order MULTIPLE TIMES. And every single time I get the sandwich, it is NEVER toasted. You would think I’m asking them to go out and buy a toaster? Like you’re literally at your job for 8 hours and just have to make sandwiches and can’t do that correctly? My sandwiches are always done poorly. HORRIBLY poorly. Mustard GLOBBED on in insane amounts, cheese not melted showing they never toasted it, bread just falling apart like they hardly even put in effort to make it. Save yourself the trouble. This place should be shut down.
I just want to shout out to the two employees who helped me after I had a bad experience at another store. But again everyone makes some mistakes. No one is perfect. So I'm not going to focus on the negative but the positive. These two employees made everything right and also went to their boss and their boss made everything right. The owner of the two stores called me at 8:15 at night to tell me she was sorry about what happened and that she would give me a free sandwich. When I came back into the store that happened in. I would never been able to have gotten the free sandwich if it wasn't for the two employees in the LaSalle store. Thank you for taking your time and showing that when the customer is right they need to be taken care of. Thank you again to the management and the employees
The boss sub. I added produce and I received without. They said they'd fix it. They gave me the veggies in a container instead of fixing. Highly disappointed in them... several times in a row now. They were out of turkey and I had to sub that out on 2 subs. The only good was that I got to choose my 12 cookies. We won't be visiting the subways near us any more. Oh and made in the wrong bread for 3 subs. Ugg
