Subway

I had a really good experience at this Subway. The store was clean, well-organized, and everything looked fresh. The staff was friendly and patient, especially while I was deciding what I wanted, and they made my sandwich exactly how I asked. Service was quick but not rushed, and the sandwich came out fresh and well-made. You can tell they care about keeping the place running smoothly. Definitely a solid spot if you’re looking for a reliable Subway location.

To be fair, I ordered during a major snowstorm. That said, I paid a premium and tipped very generously, so I expected the food to meet a reasonable standard. Unfortunately, the sandwich was extremely disappointing. The bread was hard in several spots, as if it had been sitting out for days, and it tasted stale. The ingredients did not seem fresh. I paid extra for additional cheese, yet there was barely any on the sub. It was supposed to be a hot sandwich with melted cheese, but the cheese wasn’t melted at all — it was still solid, and I had to reheat the entire sandwich myself just to melt it. The olives and some of the vegetables tasted spoiled, so I had to remove them. Overall, the sandwich tasted like it had been sitting in a refrigerator for several days and that old ingredients were

This is one of the best Subway locations in the Bronx, if not the best. The place is always clean, the staff are friendly, and the food is consistently fresh and portioned well. I always leave satisfied. Shoutout to Parvez!

Visited the Subway in Target Plaza by Throggs Neck with my son. We hadn’t been here in a while and my boy was in the mood for a Meatball sub which he had seen at their website. As you walk in they have a BIG DELICIOUS looking pictures of all the subs offered, I ordered the The Boss meatball FL sub and I was shocked at how different the sub looked compared to the picture, I asked why it was smaller and not as big and meaty as the picture, his response was that’s the way it is, Wow! Take a look at both pictures I added, Very disappointed with the food quantity and quality! Jersey Mike, we need you in Throggs Neck!

Rudest workers !!! I’m going to file a complaint. The way they talk to their customers is beyond rude. The have no people skills, poor customer service and bad attitudes ! There’s one man and woman in particular who were absolutely disgusting! I will never go there again !
