Customer service was awful. I was charged for a bag of chips that I did not get. The lady at the register noticed what she did and went to fix it. The manager training her told her not to worry about it. I looked at the receipt after having to ask for the receipt. And we'll and behold I was still charged for that bag of chips. Took the receipt back no apology just them asking for my signature "for them messing up twice."
Literally the worst hours I’ve ever seen. Opens at 1100 and closes at 5? Come on. I posted the updated hours in the photos too. They used to be open 12 hours on weekdays. Bring that back. Only saving grace are the actual workers here, like Belinda. She’s great.
Woman at the register that didnt know how to work my rewards then made everyone behind me wait 3 extra minutes just to exit out of a system error
Stood there for 5 minutes because no one was at the counter, along with no one in line. Left assuming they were busy in the back then returned 10 minutes later, to stand around for another 5 minutes waiting for any employee. None still showed.
The ladies that work here are super friendly and patient. Will be definitely be coming back.
