BEWARE I placed an order in June and a family emergency came up and I could not make it to pick it up. I called to cancel and was hung up on and then the phone rang non stop the rest of the evening. No one picked up. I contacted subway several times about a refund and was never responded to. I tried one more time and got a message that they would talk to the staff to improve customer care, but never received a refund.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a local Subway on a Saturday with my son, and let me tell you, it was like trying to get a sandwich from a train that had derailed. My son, excited for a quick bite, walked in ready to order, only to be met with an unexpected roadblock. The staff, seemingly stuck in a time warp, refused to serve him, claiming it was during “school hours.” Despite his polite reminder that it was, in fact, Saturday and there was no school in session, they doubled down and stated they simply did not want to serve him. What kind of message does that send? It felt less like a sandwich shop and more like a gatekeeper's fortress! We understand that rules are rules, but when they contradict reality, it raises a lot of questions. Is it company policy to turn a

I ordered an ultimate BMT, but was told that I can't have the double cheese because I asked for American instead of provolone. When I told her that wasn't right, she told me she wasn't sure and still refused to give me the double cheese. I will not be back, I will take my business to a different Subway that properly trains their employees.

Whoever the gentleman that manages this site at this location is very unprofessional.I feel so bad for his employees that are working with him. I know they have to be miserable working with this man. They are afraid to speak when he is around. I hope these employees that are working at this site are able to move around and find better places and business to work for because the energy you feel as soon as you walk in the door is not good at all. Hopefully eventually employees speaks up at this site about how they are treated and how he treats his paying customers asi bought numerous subs from this site and this will be my last time. Never been to a subway where a cold cut sub closes. Every cold cut I ever had always had something hanging out the sides even if it was lettuce, and if you all
