When I got there there was one young lady working and she was helping a mother and her child I didn't know if they were people in the back or anything but I figured that there had to be somebody else there because it was very cleanly the atmosphere was friendly and the young lady turned out to be the only one that was there and she covered for not only her manager and was happy about it! She was the epitome of good customer service. I give her 10 Stars someone give that girl a raise
never has a subway messed up my sandwich so bad. Not only was it literally the wrong sandwich (Ordered ahead) It wasn’t toasted, the bread was cut so unevenly that one side was so thin, so when I Unwrapped it it completely fell apart. And there was so much sauce on it that it was almost completely inedible. I was in such a rush that I had to try to eat it, but man, it was not good
TW: DEAD FLY - I was excited to see the new chicken salad sandwich added to the menu & eager to try it. I ordered in the app to pick up in the store. I ordered my sub plain, but when I opened my order it was fully loaded with all the fixings I did not want. However, looking past the mistake thankful I have no allergies to them, as I was removing the toppings myself, I come across A DEAD FLY. Disgusting and unacceptable.
Alright. I went and got my husband's protein bowls from this location tonight. I'm assuming that the owner or manager was there and is the one who made the bowls. A regular protein bowl has 358 grams of meat in it. I always order an extra scoop which should be an extra 85 grams of meat. So, nearly 2 cups of meat in those bowls. The total meat in each bowl was about a cup. 1 cup. The total cost for both bowls was $26.00. 2 bowls. 2 cups of meat, some lettuce, a little red onion, and a little bit of pickles.... twenty..... sixx.....dollars. Yall. Come on now. That's wild. Never again.
Employees couldn't be bothered making anything correctly and is always a mess. They have personal drinks and phone charging cables on counter next to where food is made. Some don't even wear hats to keep hair out of food. Meatballs are never available or ready. They give rude gestures to customers when they take a minute to order. You have to ask them to cut your sandwich all the way because they know itll make a mess if they dont. They lack management and someone to take charge of the store.
