The staff is always great even on busy days! Also Felecia needs a raise she is always here and always has a smile no matter what!

There shouldn't be employees sitting in front of restaurant smoking! And if you order a sandwich with alot of meat on it, it should be on it!

Been coming to this subway for about 2 months now and it’s been very pleasant because of the young lady Ellie that works the food line! She is always so kind, ALWAYS busy and the best one yet is never on her phone. I don’t even have to tell her what I want anymore she just gets right to it. Her be her a raise!!!

Whoever was closing the shop on Mar 29th, 2024 needs some more customer service training. We walked in 15 min before they closed and they were already picking up all the food. Ok ok, I get 15 min before they closed. We didn't know when they closed. Still I've worked in the food industry for over 16 years and know not to tell customers they are closed when they should be open. Maybe because they are on a Naval base things are done differently 🤔. I've been in here in the past without any issues. I'm still craving a sandwich 🥪... Hopefully management can fix this issue. 🙏

I ordered six subs and six drinks from the app. After arriving at the store, I ended up waiting for thirty minutes for them to make my order. They only gave me two drinks, had no cup holders and tried to argue with me until I went down the receipt with them just so I could get the number of drinks I paid for. They apparently also didn't understand that a foot long Flatbread isn't the same thing as a wrap. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until after I arrived at home. Not impressed, Subway. Not impressed.
