Walking in to smiles from Rachel behind the counter. I had three subs to order and we crushed out all of them in an efficient manner. Then I had Ryan doing the second part of the transaction. A really great guy that listened to my choices and made three perfect subs. I’ve come here many times, but this is the first time I’ve been compelled to put in a review. It’s always been a good experience, but this time was even better than ever. My sub tasted great and I totally appreciate the good vibes from this experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is hungry.
Lets get this started with the only thing you can count on being accurate is the chips and a drink. Within the last few months I find myself coming here often due to closeness of work and subway is usually good but man the store in particular has something "special" going for it. I just spent 35 minutes in subway getting my order. So fast is out the door. Guy making the sandwich was on rations this ain't new York fine dining, when I ask for lettuce and tomato I want lettuce and tomato not a few strands of it and 4 tomatoes on a footlong then I ask for jalapeños and get 5? This is crazy work to be paying 30+ bucks for two sandwiches. If you come to this establishment specifically, just expect no consistency, interesting comments and utter disappointment in what should be a simple sandwich.
Well, I love subway most of the time but I was disappointed at the service here on 8/30/25 at about 8:05pm when we stopped in to order sandwiches. I don’t mind waiting for sandwiches, but the store was empty and the worker there completely ignored us. He was switching out the bar containers which is fine but then he went on to continue making his to go orders without even looking at us or saying hi or anything and we waited patiently but then left because he clearly was hoping we old just go. Very disappointing since I usually enjoy Subway. I hope this location can do some customer service training because if he had just said hi and hold on a minute while I finish this quickly, I probably would have stuck around.
There is consistently always one person working the lunch rush at this location. The 2nd employee/ manager is never upfront to serve clients during the lunch rushes. I have walked out of the subway multiple times due to the line and only one person upfront, running the store. Should not take half an hour to get a sandwich at Subway.
Does not stay open the hours posted showed up to a manager sitting on the counter with a closed store before closing and denying us food service during hours of operation. Drove clear across town to support your company and you treat us like this. Well finally we took our money elsewhere and won't be back don't won't to waste another trip for rude actions and not keeping up with your posted and advertised times. It's Friday she wants to party so she lost y'all money closing down early during hours of operation not a manager I would have running my stores costing me money turning away paying customer for there personal reasons and I would like to know who gave permission for her to shut down before time and refuse us food and service.
