Subway

Went through drive through and got 2 subs. One was correct. The other was supposed to be a club with cheese, lettuce, onion, mayo, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper and parm cheese. All items were checked off on the order screen. Got home to meat, mayo, & tomatoes only. No cheese no other veggies. On a stale roll btw. I called (not sure why I bothered). I was told that no items were selected and if I wanted, I could bring it all the way back down and have the veggies added. Items were definitely selected - except the tomatoes that they put on it. I don’t eat tomatoes and would not have selected them. So I paid $9 for a 6 inch stale roll with gobs of mayo and 3 slices of meat…. And tomatoes that I think are disgusting. Either someone there screwed up or their order screen malfunctioned.

Definitely a 1 star review. Would give 0 if I could. Went there and ordered 4 subs from the drive thru. We got 5 subs (for some reason) and NONE of them had any vegetables, regardless of what we put on the screen. So 5 subs that were just meat and sauce... and when I called I was instructed that I needed to return the subs so they could fix them... I live 25 minutes away, and am not driving back out there for their mistakes. Oh and also missing some of the cookies that were ordered. $70 wasted because the poor management and her reasoning was "this is the owners policy". Absolutely useless company.

Subs are amazing here and the service! However if your looking for hot soup at 7 at night it may be like mine and over cooked. The noodles were mushy and the broth was terrible. Plus my pretzel. Which I was most excited about and it was burt on the bottom and hard as a rock ☹️

Best subway in the area! Clean, efficient, and the staff is always friendly. The drive thru is so convenient. Also love that they sell two different kinds of soup.

Protein bowl from other locations look as advertised. The one from this place was sub par. All the meats were full slices and no honey mustard sauce as ordered.
