Rudest guy works there the lady act like she don’t speak English food is never covered taste old worst customer service!!!

Not the best Subway I've been to. The lady preparing sandwiches was delightful, but this post is more about the way it is being run. You can't eat inside because it is uncomfortably warm in the restaurant, found a bone in meat for a sandwich while eating, I've had this sandwich for years and never found a bone. The chocolate chip cookies were extremely old and tasted like stale air. Management needs to step their game up.

I legitimately felt very uncomfortable at this Subway. I filled out the Free Cookie survey, but that will not compensate me for the horrible experience I had here. What terrible customer service these employees have. Moreover, I went there later in the afternoon/in the early night and there were people just sitting in the dining area from off the streets! How unsafe! Granted, I want everyone to have safety, warmth, and a hot meal on a freezing night, but I felt very uncomfortable with these people just lounging out and staring at me while I pulled out my credit card. In fact, I used my credit card because I knew it would be easier to freeze and dispute my transactions than it would have been if I used my debit card and the lady behind the counter stole my card information. The subway inside of the Tulane University Hospital at 1415 Tulane is the worst ever. RUDE RUDE AND RUDE. Today, March 4, 2022, I requested a Tuna Salad and the lady who prepared my food was very stingy AND unpleasant. She was stingy with spinach lettuce and the other ingredients. When I requested that she add a little bit more, she stated that I would have to pay extra. The issue is, she does not have a measuring cup and no sign stating how much you are supposed to receive of each ingredient. It took everything in me, to tell her to keep her salad. I will never visit that subway again. I see why they can't keep employees there. I will spend my money at a different subway that appreciates their customers.

New Orleans Subway you made me feel at home you tea was great, better than great even compared to Daisy Dukes down there price wise and taste you guys are awesome. Love my Saints refillable cup also.
