Subway

Staff needs some better training lol. I went in and They were having a special - a 6 inch with two cookies. I chose to only take one cookie. I didn’t need the second cookie and because I only took one cookie They didn’t give me the special price and charged me a dollar for the cookie. They charged me more and their reasoning was well you didn’t get the special price because you didn’t take the second cookie. The guy looked me straight in the face and said if you had taken the second cookie it would’ve been cheaper so I paid more than the price of the special. I thought he was kidding at first and I was going to actually tell them to take the second cookie and put it in the garbage. I actually couldn’t believe it. I was speechless. I would actually love it as the owner would answer

HAD TO MAKE A PIT STOP GET SOME FOOD WHILE WE'RE ON THE ROAD STOP THE SUBWAYS GOT US SOME GREAT SANDWICHES FROM ROB MADE THEM TO PERFECTION THANKS AGAIN BUD AND YES THE STORE IS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE AND THEY DO HAVE A BATHROOM

I just ordered a sandwich from them with veggies etc on it., even the receipt lists everything I wanted on it, and they gave me literally bread and tuna with zero veggies on it. How can you mess up that bad? Frustrating

After having ordered from this Subway many times now, I can say that they parallel the rest of the companies' franchised locations in both quality and price. While franchisees have some leeway with pricing, it seems the owner has gone the route of many other stores by keeping prices relatively high (and I don't blame them) in order to turn a profit. Wait times can be long due to employee training, but a sandwich is a sandwich after all!

Service and atmosphere are okay, but food quantity at this Subway is way down. The sandwiches are not only smaller, the fillings are also limited. Even paying for extra meat doesn't get you what it used to just last year. Not sure if this is true to this particular location, or generally across different subway restaurants. The prices have increased too.
